- We are excited to offer free shipping for orders in Ontario and Quebec and flat rate for the rest of Canada.
- Orders will be shipped via our courier partners within 2-4 business days.
- Shipping cost will be calculated in cart and confirmed at the checkout process.
- Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email once the package is shipped.
- Please note that while we try to adhere to the timelines, we do not have control over carrier service disruptions or delays once shipped and hence are not liable for any shipping-related delays.
- We try to ensure that your order will arrive in an undamaged and immaculate condition. If not, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can address your concerns. In case of any damage sustained to the product, we require photos as proof of damage and to help us improve our packaging process.
