Return Policy

We really want to make sure your buying experience is a positive one.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us and send any appropriate photos to info@goodvibesdecor.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

In case of any damage sustained to the product when received, we require photos as proof of damage and to help us improve our packaging process.
