  • Why artificial green / plant wall? 
  • We understand that a lot of people who have restrictions – be it allergens, lack of space, low light, busy work schedules, little children or zealous pets. Artificial plants give everyone the ability to still bring greenery and joy into their space at a cost-effective price. If you love the look of a living wall, but don't have the time or energy to keep up maintenance, then artificial living walls work best. We believe that greenery, in all forms, always make people happy.

     

  • Are artificial green walls toxic to pets?
  • While some natural plants can be extremely toxic to pets, the materials used in our line of green wall accents are safe giving you more reason to make the switch. Though chews marks are out of our hands and we would hate to see them, at least you can put to bed any worries about the fatal consequences that can come with real plants.

     

    • Can the green wall get damaged due to snow?

    No, our green wall panels are made with top quality materials and are resistant to rain and snow. You don’t have to worry about any damage to the foliage in harsh weather conditions. We recommend that you clean the panels gently after the snow season has ended to get rid of any debris to enjoy the greenery, instantly.

     

  • What conditions do I need to keep my green wall?
  • That’s the best part – no upkeep is required, no matter the season, so you can remain carefree. While real plants require a combination of shade/sun watering and tweaking humidity settings to thrive, our green walls not only look realistic but are also equipped with what you need to keep it looking its best – no matter the weather. 

     

    • Do I need to hire a professional to install my green walls?

    Our green wall panels are DIY friendly and easy to install on most surfaces. You will require basic tools to complete the installation in no time. However, for hard surfaces like brick and concrete, you may require compatible drill and bits to ensure a clean and seamless look. For more details refer to our installation guide to learn more.

     

  • I received my panel, some of the leaves are straight out and not bushy- how do I fix this?
  • We pack our products with utmost care, in case you find a panel that is compacted out of the box, this can be easily fixed. Start from the bottom of the panel and fan the foliage towards you (be gentle). Then, lightly move the leaves to the desire shape and over the coming days they will settle.

     

    • What are my options to use plant walls as a temporary backdrop?

    Our plant walls are greatly versatile. They can used as a backdrop in many personal and professional occasions. To create a temporary backdrop, you could opt for a wooden or an aluminum banner frame and use just the zip ties to hang them in place for a quick and photo worthy backdrop, instantly. This can help you create endless possibilities for any space and environment in mind.

     

     Shipping and Delivery

     

  • How do I know the status of my order?
  • Once your order is placed online, we receive it in our queue.  From there we pick, pack, and ship your Green Wall Accent panel. You will be provided with tracking information and a link to our shipping carrier site that will allow you to receive text or email updates on the journey of your plant. If you need any further assistance regarding your order, please reach out to Info@goodvibesdecor.ca with your order number in the subject line.


  • Can I change my shipping address?
  • Please email us at Info@godvibesdecor.ca as soon as possible with your request for a shipping address change. We try our best to get orders out the door quickly, so the sooner you can let us know, the better!


  • Can I change or cancel my order?
  • Please email us at info@goodvibesdecor.ca  as soon as possible with your change or cancellation.  We will do everything we can to update your request. Please allow for 48 hours in response time.

     

  • Do you offer same day delivery or a pick-up option?
  • We don’t offer same day delivery; however, our delivery timelines are pretty quick. our products are delivered within 3-10 days from the time your order is shipped. If the item is in stock, we do offer pick up from our facility in Brampton, Ontario.


  • How do I order in bulk? Can I save on shipping cost on my bulk order?
  • To purchase orders in bulk, send us an email at info@goodvibesdecor.ca  and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a response. Once we have all the details, we will do our best to offer you options to save on shipping by making changes on the type of packaging and the mode of delivery. 

     

    Damages and returns

     

  • I found a few leaves fallen out of my panel. Is my product damaged?
  • No. Sometimes, due to handling during packing and delivery, some of the leaves might fall out of their position from the panel grid. Do not worry, as this can be easily fixed. Simply identify the position from where the leaf might have fallen out and insert it back in its place. If you are unsure about how and where it should be fixed, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.  


  • What if my ordered arrives damaged?
  • Please let us know right away if your green accent wall panel is damaged. Send an email along with photographs to info@goodvibesdecor.ca  Please include your order number in the subject line.  



  • How do I return and get a refund for my order? 
  • We really want to make sure your buying experience is a positive one.
    If you are not happy with your purchase, email us and send any appropriate photos to info@goodvibesdecor.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our refund policy at the bottom of the website.
