What should I do if the leaves on my artificial plant wall aren’t bushy after unpacking?

If your faux plant wall appears compacted out of the box, simply fluff the foliage by gently fanning the leaves outward from the bottom. Over a few days, the leaves will naturally settle into a lush, full shape.

How do I know the status of my order?

Can I change my shipping address?

Please email us at Info@godvibesdecor.ca as soon as possible with your request for a shipping address change. We try our best to get orders out the door quickly, so the sooner you can let us know, the better!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at info@goodvibesdecor.ca  as soon as possible with your change or cancellation.  We will do everything we can to update your request. Please allow for 48 hours in response time.

 

How do I order in bulk? Can I save on shipping cost on my bulk order?

To purchase orders in bulk, send us an email at info@goodvibesdecor.ca  and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a response. Once we have all the details, we will do our best to offer you options to save on shipping by making changes on the type of packaging and the mode of delivery. 

 

Damages and returns

 

What should I do if leaves fall out of my green wall panel during delivery?

Occasionally, leaves may come loose during shipping. This is not a defect and can be easily fixed by reinserting the leaves into the panel grid. For assistance, contact us at info@goodvibesdecor.ca

What if my ordered arrives damaged?

Please let us know right away if your green accent wall panel is damaged. Send an email along with photographs to info@goodvibesdecor.ca  Please include your order number in the subject line.  

How do I return and get a refund for my order? 

If you’re not completely satisfied with your artificial plant wall, email us at info@goodvibesdecor.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos and details of the issue, and we’ll process your return in accordance with our refund policy available on our website.
